My name is Jolene Smith. I am originally from Arkansas. Moved to Michigan in 2012, love this beautiful state. Graduated from Baker College in Flint Michigan and began working as a PTA shortly after. I enjoy working outside, hiking, camping, and traveling in and out of the country.  I love hanging out with my niece and watching her compete in soccer and (my favorite) basketball

John Ferrara is a Physical Therapist at the Clarkston location. Originally from Livonia, Michigan, John graduated from Oakland University with his Bachelors in Health Science in 2017, and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Oakland in 2020. While earning his undergraduate degree, John was a member of Oakland University's swim and dive team. In his spare time, John likes to coach age group swimming, spend time with his wife and 2 cats, and play chess. 

Janice Slunick is a Physical Therapist practicing outpatient Orthopedics in Clarkston for over 20 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and received her Physical Therapy Degree from Bowling Green State University.

Janice raised her 3 boys and lives with her husband, Steve, in Clarkston where they have been actively involved in the community for many years. Outside of working Janice enjoys working as a real estate agent, traveling to Florida, rehabbing homes, spending time with her boys and walking.

Autumn Bozynski is a graduate of Mott Community College with an Associate degree in Applied Science. She has been working for OSOC/ATI Physical Therapy for over 3 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She lives in the Davison area with her husband and two sons.

Tracy graduated from Mott She Community College in 2006.  Tracy has over 16 years of experience with outpatient physical therapy. During this time, Tracy has taken numerous continuing education courses focusing on functional rehabilitation, manual therapy techniques and balance courses.  Her treatment focus is functional strengthening.  Tracy enjoys working as a clinical instructor, teaching PTA students from various colleges in the area.

Tracy is a wife and mother to 3 kids. In her spare time, she chauffeurs her children to all their activities. She also enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, volunteering, and doing yard work.
